Player Transfer Policy

For U15 and under players who wish to register for a team outside of Edmonton Zone, they must apply each year for a player transfer.

Player Transfers are for a one-year term expiring Aug 31 of the current year.

Players residing within the Edmonton City boundaries must register with SEMSA unless released.

Releases may be granted based on the following criteria:

1. There are not enough players to form a team for their age group.
2. Not enough players to compete on a team

Player transfers will be finalized by June 1st of the current year.

If a player transfer is denied by SEMSA, the player has the right to appeal to Softball Alberta.
